Business Listing Agreement

1. Purpose of Agreement

The purpose of this Agreement is to allow the Listed Business to display its offers, schemes, or business details on the BillBite platform free of cost, subject to the terms mentioned herein.

2. Nature of Free Listing

• The business listing is provided completely free, without any listing fee.
• Free listing is intended only for promotion and visibility.
• BillBite is not obligated to provide paid features, guaranteed visibility, or priority placement under free listing.

3. Information Provided by Business

• All information provided (business details, offers, validity, pricing, terms) is true, accurate, and authorized.
• The business has full rights to publish the offer and honor it.
• BillBite is not responsible for incorrect or misleading information provided by the business.

4. Offer Responsibility

• The Listed Business is solely responsible for honoring the listed offers.
• Any dispute related to offer usage, rejection, service quality, or pricing shall be handled directly by the business.
• BillBite acts only as a listing and promotion platform.

5. No Guarantee Clause

• Free listing does not guarantee customers, sales, or revenue.
• Visibility and response depend on market demand and customer behavior.

6. Right to Modify or Remove Listing

• Edit, suspend, or remove any listing.
• Reject offers that are misleading, illegal, or unethical.
• Remove expired or inactive offers.
• Such actions may be taken without prior notice if required.

7. Intellectual Property

• Business logos, names, and offer details remain the property of the Listed Business.
• By agreeing to this listing, the business grants BillBite permission to display this information for promotional purposes.

8. Limitation of Liability

• Business losses or missed opportunities.
• Customer complaints or disputes.
• Service quality or fulfillment issues.
• Indirect or consequential damages.

9. Termination of Listing

Either party may discontinue the free listing at any time. BillBite may terminate the listing immediately in case of:

• Policy violations
• False commitments
• Legal or ethical concerns

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Service Provider’s registered office.

11. Acceptance

By submitting business details, approving the listing, or agreeing digitally, the Listed Business confirms acceptance of this Free Business Listing Agreement.
