Client Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions apply to all business clients who purchase, use, or subscribe to offer, voucher, membership, and promotional services provided by BillBite. By availing our services, the client agrees to the following terms.

1. Scope of Services

  • Offer, voucher, coupon, and membership system design
  • Digital and print-ready promotional materials
  • Offer listing on our platform (where applicable)
  • Backend and customer support assistance

Service scope is limited to what is defined in the selected plan.

2. Offer Finalization & Approval

  • All offers are designed in consultation with the client.
  • The client must review and approve all designs, content, pricing, and terms before finalization.
  • Once approved, any changes may attract additional charges or revised timelines.

3. Client Responsibilities

  • Honor all finalized offers sold or promoted
  • Clearly communicate offer terms to customers
  • Comply with applicable laws and regulations
  • Provide accurate business information

BillBite is not responsible for customer disputes arising from offer misuse or miscommunication.

4. Design & Printing Policy

  • BillBite provides design and print-ready files.
  • Printing quality, execution, and distribution are the client’s responsibility unless otherwise agreed.
  • BillBite is not liable for printing errors after design approval.

5. Offer Listing Policy

  • Offer listing is provided free of cost, subject to plan terms.
  • BillBite reserves the right to approve, modify, suspend, or remove listings if required.
  • Listing does not guarantee customer traffic or sales.

6. Payment Terms

  • All payments must be made as per the selected plan.
  • Payments once made are non-refundable, unless explicitly stated in writing.
  • Delays in payment may impact project timelines or service delivery.

7. No Revenue Guarantee

  • No guarantee of sales, revenue, profits, or customer conversions.
  • Results depend on market conditions, customer response, and client execution.

8. Support & Service Limitations

  • Support is provided within the scope of the selected plan.
  • BillBite is not responsible for business-level customer service or operations at the client’s premises.

9. Intellectual Property

  • All designs, layouts, systems, and content remain BillBite’s intellectual property.
  • Clients may use the designs only for their own business purposes.
  • Resale or redistribution without permission is prohibited.

10. Confidentiality

  • Both parties must keep business information, pricing, and designs confidential.
  • No sharing with third parties without written consent.

11. Termination of Services

  • Terms are violated
  • Offers are misused
  • Unethical or illegal activity is detected

No refunds apply in such cases.

12. Limitation of Liability

  • Loss of business or revenue
  • Customer dissatisfaction
  • Indirect or consequential damages
  • Issues beyond reasonable control

Clients use services at their own discretion.

13. Modifications to Terms

BillBite may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated terms become effective once published on the website.

14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the company’s registered office.

15. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing or using BillBite’s services, the client confirms acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
